Medicinal Mushrooms Course

A professional and in-depth course exploring the world of medicinal mushrooms and mycotherapy, designed for practitioners and healthcare professionals seeking to expand their knowledge and incorporate medicinal mushrooms into their professional practice. Across 60 hours of study, comprising 14 Zoom sessions and one in-person session, participants will be introduced to the foundations of medicinal mushrooms, explore detailed monographs of key species, and examine the connections between medicinal mushrooms, biological mechanisms, and various pathological conditions. The course combines scientific knowledge, biochemistry, and practical applications, providing participants with a professional foundation for understanding mycotherapy and the informed use of medicinal mushrooms in clinical practice. The course is taught in Hebrew. Upon completion, participants will receive a Land of Health certificate for 60 academic hours of study.
Biochemistry Of Medicinal Mushrooms

The digital course "Biochemistry of Medicinal Mushrooms" offers an in-depth exploration of the human body's biological mechanisms and the way active compounds in mushrooms integrate into these pathways. The course provides a scientific and applied understanding at the cellular and biochemical levels, aiming to enable precise clinical adaptation of medicinal mushrooms for the treatment of various pathologies. Delivered through targeted video lessons, the curriculum covers core clinical topics, including the immune system, inflammatory pathways, oxidative stress, oncology (the 14 hallmarks of cancer), metabolic syndrome, neurodegenerative diseases, and the endocrine system.
Natual Formulation & Product Development

A comprehensive, hands-on course in natural formulation, designed for those who want to learn how to develop and create natural personal-care products professionally, from the initial formulation stages through to the finished product. The course covers water- and oil-based formulations, raw materials, preservatives, essential oils, emulsifiers and cream formulation techniques, as well as soap making and the use of advanced functional ingredients. Combining theoretical knowledge with practical work in small groups of up to five participants, the course provides each student with direct, hands-on experience throughout the formulation process. The course is taught by Eshed Haklai, a chemist and product formulator with professional experience in product development, laboratory management and regulatory affairs within the cosmetics industry. The course concludes with an individual final project, in which each participant develops and formulates their own product.
